Hi I'm Chris, been a restaurant g.m. for just over 2 years now and in the restaurant field for 7.5 years.  Through my time as a manager I have seen lots of crazy stuff and people.  I recently have gotten fed up by the quality of people who apply and work in the restaurant field.  I work to many hours to have a social life so I decided to start this blog as a way to release my frustrations.
